“ Pizza Hut 6600 block of Belair RD. Ok so I made an order today and my friend wanted to add to my order. I use Apple Pay. I was told that she would add it to my order and give me a cost of 33 for a large pizza. I said they need to reimburse me the first amount and Ill be glad to pay the 33. She said I could start a new order. After going the through all of that she said oh its a minimum of 13. Wait you just told me 15.09. She couldnt give me my order because I refuse to give the 33 after already taking 25 off my card. So I called back to speak to someone else. I got someone name David. When I tell you it took less than 5 minutes for him to hear my story and make it right was absolutely awesome. So David I publicly thank you for understanding and listening to me. ”

Also contact the store via phone or come in person when Kitty is there. If I am not there leave a message for me to call you. I WILL help fix issues for all customers to the best of what we are allowed in store. We do remakes, store credits. As long as we are able to locate the order u had issues for. Also make sure on your bad reviews u also state how we Did give u a remake on spot or refunds or credits. Call center also is Not connected to store locations. ”
